Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about KLCS-produced programs

   
Are all programs available for purchase through KLCS?
No. KLCS can only sell copies of programs that we produce (see list above – top left banner). Programs that were not produced by KLCS may be available through the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). Please access ShopPBS by clicking on the top right banner.

Can I submit my order on-line?
At this time, on-line ordering is not available. Please submit your order by mail or fax.

What is the total cost including tax and shipping/handling?
Sales tax and standard shipping/handling are included in the KLCS's list price.

What forms of payment does KLCS accept?
KLCS accepts payment by check, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club. Exact amounts are required and all orders must be prepaid.

When will I receive my order?
Certain items, such as Learning English, are usually available for immediate delivery within one week of processing. Other items, such as copies of Board meetings, are generated upon order submission and require two to three weeks' processing time.

Can my order be expedited?
Yes. "RUSH" processing (delivery within seven business days) is available for an additional charge of $7.50 per item. This option is only necessary for purchases of custom dubs; in-stock items are always shipped without delay. To request this option, refer to the order form.

Can I walk in to purchase an item?
Only for certain items. Call (213) 241-4000 to confirm in-stock status.

How will my order be shipped?
Unless customer pick-up is requested, most items are shipped via standard U.S. Mail. Larger items, such as Learning English sets, are shipped via UPS Ground. Alternate shipment methods are available for an additional charge.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?
If you submitted your order and haven't received it after three weeks (or seven business days for expedited requests), call us for assistance in tracking the order. Please provide your name, check number, order submission date and any other pertinent information.
